Customer Service Officer

Job Description

Customer service officers will deal directly with customers, responding and resolving customer inquiries or complaints, as well as managing customers' accounts and coordinating with internal departments.

Accountabilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail, electronically or face to face

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

  • Perform customer verifications

  • Set up new customer accounts

  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests

  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

  • Manage customers' accounts

  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

  • Handle documentary of customer service department team

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

  • Response the order which assign by Customer Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Female age 23-30 years

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer services or other related industry

  • Strong customer service ethic. Service-minded, Positive Attitude

  • Familiar with accounting background will be a plus

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Able to work under strong pressure and high stress tolerance

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Computer literate and able to type

  • Energetic and self-motivated, target focused, with good interpersonal, organization and communication skills

  • Good problem analysis and problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracy
